Ruby, Noah, Gloria, Na’or and Tracey have returned from Black Charrow Step Up in Queretaro, Mexico
The Step Up had delegations from Czech Republic, France, Germany, Guatemala, Netherlands, Italy, Mexico, and the USA.
“It was a jam packed 3 weeks full of…. jumping in the pool (sometimes when they weren’t allowed), climbing pyramids, making friends, learning how to live with 30-something brothers and sisters, and exploring human rights.
The kiwis did us proud; running a fantastic cultural activity on the perception versus the reality of life in New Zealand. Na’or and Gloria were part of a smaller planning group who ran a powerful simulation based on human trafficking, and all 4 delegates ran successful activities exploring human rights in their various planning groups.”
