NJR stands for National Junior Representative.

There are two NJRs in every country, one senior (2nd year) and one junior (1st year).  The NJRs are elected by the Junior Branch (JB) every year, with a total two year term as NJR. Their job is to represent New Zealand JB in the international space and local Asia-Pacific region, as well as act as heads of the JB in New Zealand.
